So, we have the El Cheapo Netflix plan for one movie at a time at a snail's pace (although things usually arrive within 2-3 days, so it's not so bad.)
A couple of weeks ago I sent our last flick back, and got the email notification they'd gotten it and sent out the next movie on my list, but it never arrived. Weird, I thought, must be running late. I hope it didn't get lost or anything.
Then a couple of days later I got another email from them. "We've received your returned movie! Thanks! Moving on down your list..." I go to the website and find they actually have a "HEY HEY HEY WHOA JACK I NEVER GOT THAT MOVIE" form option, which is convenient. They apologize and say the to: label was probably damaged and hence it got returned to them, but they'll send it right back out to me and this time I should actually get it!
So it finally arrived today and I tore open the envelope, not even remembering what movie was next on the list: Deja Vu. XD
