Not to self - several days of solid training result in several corrolary days of solid pain.

Hopefully I'll be able to at least drive, and hopefully get to work tomorrow. Most of the full-body pain is of that general, sucks-but-it's-good-for-you post-heavy-workout soreness. Unfortunately I think I may have also strained a couple of things, but it's hard to tell at the moment. May hobble my way to CVS this afternoon and pick up a calf brace just to be on the safe side, since I won't have time before work tomorrow.
